Dr. Elana Costanza earned her Master of Science in Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Before joining Inner City Health (ICH), she completed her residency at Salud Family Health Centers in Longmont, Colorado. Dr. Constanza strives to provide quality dental treatment to all patients regardless of their background or financial means. She hopes to be a dependable resource for all, especially those in need. ICH has provided her with the ability to reach these goals.
Jasmina is a dedicated Dental Hygienist with over 20 years of experience in public health. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene at Pueblo Community College and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Colorado State University. In August 2025, Jasmina began working with Inner City Health, where she continues her commitment to serving underserved populations and promoting equitable access to care. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about promoting oral health, advancing preventive care, and improving healthcare systems to better serve diverse communities. Jasmina’s passion for volunteer work has enabled her to give back through community outreach and school-based programs, where she finds great fulfillment in helping those who are most in need. She is committed to using her experience, education, and compassion to make a lasting, positive impact in the field of healthcare.
